What counts as a spin?
Each time a player uses a code to spin the wheel, one spin comes off your balance. Unused codes cost nothing.
What if I run out of spins?
Players cannot spin until you top up. Spin warns you in the dashboard when your balance is getting low.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your domain in the Domain page and point it at us with the DNS records shown there.
What can staff do?
Staff can log in and look at your codes: which are available, which are used and what they won. They cannot edit the wheel, add codes or see billing.
Is the demo real?
Yes. It runs on the same system. The demo account is a real dashboard you can click around in, and it resets to a fresh copy twice a day.
